how do I know the other

no less know

what he desires

in the secret heart

buried within

a ribcage of shame

how can I imagine

the fate of the soul

when only deeds

prove the way

the silver rule

points me to what

I should not do

in right in full

and fair measure

what he will not

do for me

he is not another person

who is myself

but of another person

not that friend

there is no love

like a mother

for her only child

in the moral dark

always the face of the other

is permanent scenery

in him I hear

the voice of the stranger

his eyes reflect

the throwing of stones

many daggers release

pointing the way

to dulkka

no matter which path

even of moderation

which I choose

lies what will be not

done for me

You did a remarkable job for IAT, yet again.  The Conference was splendid in content!  The welcome we all got every day, every time we came into the hall or the dining area was very, very special, beautiful and just right.  And thank you for the water!  So, to you and those who worked with/for you on this one:

Thank you!                                      Thank you!                                          Thank you!
