Important Dates to Remember
- Wednesday, May 23 - Residences close for all non-graduating students by 3 p.m.
- Sunday, May 27 - Check out of all residence halls by 3 p.m. for graduating students and those given involved with commencement activities. Pre-approval necessary.
- Monday, June 4 - Summer housing begins for students approved to be on campus
- Saturday, August 11 - First year students check in to their residences
- Saturday, September 1 - Upper College students check in to their residences
Residence Hall Closing Information
On Wednesday, May 23rd all residence halls close by 3 p.m. for students who are not involved in Commencement activities.
On Sunday, May 27th residence hall close by 5 p.m. for all graduates and students given prior permission to stay on campus as a commencement worker and other related activities.
Please refer to the detailed Closing Memo attached in order to check out your room properly. A copy of this memo will be in campus mailboxes the week prior to the official check out date of May 23rd.

Summer Intersession Housing
If you intend to stay on campus for the Summer months due to campus employment, please complete and submit a Summer Housing Application no later then Wednesday, May 16th.
Summer housing officially begins on Monday, June 4th . A deposit of $ 300 is due prior to your arrival to campus. There is no housing provided from May 27 - June 3. Please plan accordingly.
