Bard College
is a four-year residential college of the liberal arts and sciences,
offering the bachelor of arts degree with concentrations in over forty
academic programs in four divisions: the arts, languages and literature,
natural sciences and mathematics, and social studies. Bard has 1,140
undergraduate and 162 graduate students. The six-hundred acre campus
is located in the beautiful Mid Hudson Valley, 90 miles north of New
York City.
Graduate Program in Photography
Bard College also offers graduate-level studies in photography. Students
work toward a master of fine arts degree over three intensive, eight-week,
residential summer sessions and two independent study periods during
