TLS
The TLS (Trustee Leader–Scholar) Program provides opportunities for motivated students to develop their organization and leadership skills through the design and implementation of service projects that promote energetic involvement in campus life and cultivate relationships between Bard College and its surrounding communities, local and international.

Bard Emergency Medical Service (BEMS)
BEMS is a student-operated emergency medical team of trained first-responders to emergency medical conditions is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week while school is in session.

Bard Foot Patrol
Bard Foot Patrol is a student-run group that provides escorts to other students upon request during the evening and serves as extra “eyes and ears” for the Safety and Security Department.

BRAVE
Bard Response to Rape and Associated Violence Education (BRAVE) is a professionally directed student-service organization whose members provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, advocacy, and ongoing education to the Bard community. Although BRAVE staff members receive particular training in issues relating to sexual assault, sexual harassment, relationship violence, and sexuality, the organization’s crisis assistance is not limited to those areas. BRAVE services are available on a 24-hour basis.

Community Bike Patrol
The Office of Safety and Security oversees a student bike patrol for the campus during the majority of the academic year. If interested in being hired as a Bike Patrol staff member, contact ext. 7461 for more information.

Community Garden
The Community Garden is open to all. Weekly potlucks on Wednesdays starting at 4:00. Summer programs for kids. The Community Garden was organized through the Office of Community Service and Social Action and the Trustee Leader Scholar Program.

Party Patrol
The party patrol is a student-run group that provides assistance to student party hosts to help see that parties run smoothly.
