• Your username is your Bard e-mail address minus the @bard.edu. eg. If you Bard acccount is jpublic@bard.edu, then your username is just jpublic.

• You must already be in the online phonebook in order to update your listing. You are a new employee and suspect you may not be there, contact the Human Resources Office to get a listing.
