mother

M: Tell me my kids, where you've been?
Riding the snakes again?
Playing with the gods again?

1st Kid: Yes, I rode the snakes
Yes, I played with the gods
Catching the time-waves,
Fell, and broke my soul.

2nd Kid: No, I rode the sea,
Playing with quick nymphs
Catching the deep tides,
Fell, and broke my bones.

M: Come to me, dear wise kids,
Children of my desire,
Come and take my kiss
Go and play with fire.
