Campus Voice Mail
On November 27, 2007 the college switched over to a new voice mail system. All users MUST enroll in this new system. Enrollment is easy. Download and follow the enrollment instructions below.
Voice Mail Shortcuts
- When dialing in to retrieve your messages, press 4 if you want skip the “Remember for the main menu enter star etc.” prompt. The system will automatically tell you how many messages you have and begin delivering them.
- When placing a call, if you are forwarded to voice mail press * to skip the greeting and standard system prompts. The system will automatically prompt you to begin recording your message.
- If you wish to erase a message while you are listening to it you can press 36 and the message will be deleted.
- If you want to access your voice mail from off campus dial 758-7600 (ignore the recording) press # 9 and your 4-digit extension.
