Medications and Medical Supplies

The Student Health Service maintains a medicine dispensary, not a pharmacy. Some prescriptions and maintenance medications ordered by the college physician or nurse practitioner may be filled at the Health Service. The cost for medications received from the health service will be charged to the student's Bard account, which is billed monthly. Any medications not available at the Health Service and prescriptions written by a private physician may be purchased at a local pharmacy.

Prescribed loan-out items, such as heating pads, crutches, and basins are available on a limited supply. Unreturned items will be billed to the student's Bard account.
