The new Performing Arts Center at Bard, the first design
by Frank Gehry. The discovery of landscape features,
the buried road, house, and fill deposit, took place during
reconnaissance testing for a driveway and parking lots.
Due to the historic significance of the site, the College
decided to relocate the facility 1 mile north, to open 2002.
