That same night he heard footsteps outside. It sounded like they were getting closer. Finally, he had the guts to go outside and see what was there. It was very hard to see. Finally, he saw that it was just a boy named Bug Boy. They became good friends that night}and Bat Boy told Bug Boy what he had to do.
The next day, they both saw a girl, so they ran after her. She ran too. The two boys got lost and Bug Boy remembered he had to cut the big tree down. They worked all day, and were finished that night. They raced back to town and celebrated with the villagers.
The next day, Bat Boy's parents gave him a new name, Tree Boy.
