The Smacking Horns

One day, when a hunter went to kill a deer, he found a rack of horns.
Then he found another rack of horns. When he was walking down a hill, he
fell, and the horns fell too. The horns kept on hitting each other. All the
other deer heard the horns hitting together. They came and came, and he
shot some. That’s how the Lenape Indians learned how to call deer with
horns, by smacking them together.
