THE INDIAN WAR
By A.C.

Once upon a time there lived these Indians who were getting ready to make something. When they were ready they started to carve rocks into arrowheads. They had to make over 50 arrowheads for the war. They had to use I big rock for the carving of the arrowheads and 50 little rocks that were going to be the arrowheads. Later that day when they were done making the arrowheads they had to put them in a safe place where they could not be found.

The next day they had to get everything set up for the war which was at 1:OO pm on the dot. If anyone wanted to be safe they would have to go to this special place which is called the Lenape Inn. It was time for the war and time for everyone that wasn’t ready to get their stuff that they would need for the war.

The war started too early. It was too late for the children to get safely into their homes! A lot of the children were really hurt, and some had major injuries. “Help!” said a kid that was stuck in a tree.

“Help! Help! Somebody” One minute later an old man came to help her get out of the tree. Then when she was out she was brought to the Lenape Inn for safety.

The war was still not over yet and everyone was getting hurt very badly. Some’ of the people had to run to the Lenape Inn because they were being chased by others. Later on the war stopped and everything was a mess. The people had to clean up every bit of the mess because the whole town could turn into a junk yard and the town would be rotten.
