The Legend of the Chert Rock

One day Chickety and his friend were playing in the woods. While they were playing they found a rock and started throwig it at a tree to see who could chip of f the most pieces. When they were finished, the rock was ery sharp, so they brought it to Chickety's dad. He said to put it back in the woods. So, they went to the chief. He also said to put in the woods. So they went back into the woods to prove what they had discovered. Later that day, they both came back with 10 dead animals dangling on a rope. Then all of the Lenape gathered around. They all started to use the chert rock to kill animals.
