Second semester of a year-long introduction to Classical Latin. Our goals this semester are: (1) to solidify familiarity with morphology, syntax, and essential vocabulary; (2) to continue exploring the literary, cultural, and historical contexts of ancient Rome; and (3) to read selected passages from ancient authors, both prose and poetry. Prerequisite: successful completion of Lat 101, or consent of instructor.
