Returning Student Check-In
If financially cleared, go directly to your residence hall to check-in with your Peer Counselor and receive your semester validation sticker. (If you arrive later than Saturday, be sure to check-in with your PC on whichever day you arrive.) All returning students should be registered with the emergency notification system. If you are still not registered, please do so at http://inside.bard.edu/emergency
(Financially cleared students will not receive a clearance card)

Arrival day for all rematriculating students and not-cleared returning students.
Rematriculating and Returning Students who are not financially cleared, proceed to Student Accounts to clear your account and receive your clearance card.
Once cleared, turn your clearance card into the Dean of Students Office representative at the Bertelsmann Campus Center lounge to receive your semester validation sticker; non-resident students should also provide/verify their local address and phone number. (You may also turn in your clearance card to the Dean of Students Office, located in the basement of Ludlow, starting at 9:00 a.m. Monday.)
ALL Rematriculating students (resident and non-resident) should check-in at the Bertelsmann Campus Center Lounge. Resident students will receive their room key. Non-resident students will provide their off-campus address and telephone number. (Not-cleared students will need to show their clearance card from Student Accounts.) You will also receive your 2007-08 Student Handbook, verify your emergency contact information, receive your semester validation sticker for your ID card and register for the emergency notification system.
